What F2-E0 Reports
An F2-E0 on a KitchenAid oven is an over-temperature condition: the control is reading a temperature higher than it expects for the mode. On the Whirlpool platform this points first at the oven temperature sensor, which can drift and report a false high, and then at the relay board, which can stick a heating relay closed and genuinely overheat the cavity. The two have very different fixes.
Sensor or Stuck Relay
We read the sensor's resistance against its temperature chart to see whether it is reporting accurately. A sensor out of spec is an inexpensive replacement. If the sensor is good, a relay stuck closed on the control board is the concern, because that can let the oven actually run away in temperature.
