Because the build is robust, most service calls are about airflow and defrost rather than the sealed system: a loaded condenser, a tired evaporator fan, or a defrost cycle that has fallen short. True does not use a numeric fault-code list.
What We Check
We diagnose True units by symptom and measurement. A unit running warm, temperature that drifts off setpoint, or condensation on a glass door each point to a specific part, shown below, that we confirm before quoting a repair.
